Payment and delivery information.

I accept payment by credit or debit card, Paypal, cheques or postal orders. If you choose to pay by cheque or postal order, please complete your order as normal and then send your cheque to the address on the right - once the cheque has been received your order will be dispatched.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. How much is post and packing?
This depends on the weight and size of the item, and is calculated when you check out. I send items first class (UK), surface or air mail (Europe and the Rest of the World) using the Royal Mail.

2. Your credit and debit card payment takes me to Paypal. Do I need to set up a Paypal account?
No. When you're re-routed to Paypal to make your payment, just use the Click Here button and you'll be prompted to enter your credit or debit card details. You won't have to sign up for Paypal.

3. What credit and debit cards do you accept?
I accept all major credit and debit cards: Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Mastercard,  Switch, Switch Solo, and Maestro.

4. When will I receive my order?
If the item is in stock I will aim to dispatch within 24 hours of receipt of payment, or as close to that as possible if you order during the weekend.  If you are ordering a personalised item - for example, you've specified a colour, then I will need to make your item before I can send it. In this case I will aim to get your order dispatched within 10 days, but will discuss this with you at the time of order. You will be kept notified of any delays.
   UK first class mail typically takes 24-48 hours to arrive after dispatch. Surface mail takes between two and 12 weeks depending on where it's going, while airmail takes between three workings days (Europe) and five working days (Rest of the World).
   If you have not received your order within the appropriate time scale after dispatch please email me. I always obtain a Proof of Posting Certificate.
